At Brave Warriors NCW, we provide inclusive, supportive, and growth-centered services for neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities and chronic medical conditions, from early childhood through adulthood. Rooted in compassion and community, our programs celebrate each person’s strengths and unique ways of experiencing the world while fostering independence, authentic connection, and overall wellness for the whole family.

The GROVE

Growing Resilience, Opportunity, and Vital Engagement

The GROVE is a supportive and inclusive adult enrichment program designed for individuals with disabilities to connect, learn, and thrive. Rooted in community and growth, participants explore life skills, wellness, creativity, and social engagement through hands-on activities, peer connection, and personalized support. At The GROVE, every individual is empowered to grow at their own pace in a nurturing, joyful environment.

The VINE

Vital Interactions, Nurturing Engagement

The VINE is a social connection program for teens ages 13–18 designed to support peer interaction, confidence, and social skill-building in a relaxed, inclusive environment. Through creative activities, games, community outings, and guided discussions, teens grow strong social roots while building meaningful friendships. The VINE is a place to be seen, supported, and celebrated while having fun. 🟡

The SPROUTS

Social Play, Relationships, Opportunities, Understanding, Teamwork & Skills

The SPROUTS is a garden-inspired social program for youth ages 7–12 that nurtures playful learning, teamwork, and emotional growth. In a safe and encouraging space, kids participate in interactive games, structured social play, and group activities designed to support relationship-building, communication, and self-expression. At The SPROUTS, children grow together—one connection at a time. 🟡

The NEST

Nurturing Engagement, Support & Time

The NEST is a warm and welcoming respite program that provides caregivers with time to rest while their loved ones enjoy safe, enriching experiences. Rooted in compassion and connection, The NEST offers structured care, meaningful activities, and nurturing support for children and young adults with disabilities or complex needs. Whether for a few hours or a full day, The NEST is a place where participants are cared for, engaged, and encouraged to grow—while families find peace of mind. 🔵

The HARVEST Kitchen

Where skills are cultivated and confidence is grown

The HARVEST Kitchen is an adaptive cooking program that empowers individuals of all abilities to explore the joy of preparing and sharing food. Rooted in hands-on learning, seasonal ingredients, and life skill development, participants build confidence through accessible, step-by-step cooking experiences. From garden to table, The HARVEST Kitchen offers a nurturing space where independence is fostered, creativity is encouraged, and every dish is made with care.

The ROOTS Network

Growing strength through shared experience, support, and connection

The ROOTS Network is our Parent to Parent support program, designed to connect, educate, and empower families raising children with disabilities or chronic medical conditions. Rooted in empathy and shared experience, this program offers one-on-one parent matching, access to vital resources, and educational opportunities that help caregivers navigate the challenges and celebrations of their journey.

Little Explorers

Play • Wonder • Grow

Little Explorers is a nature-inspired play group designed for children ages 3–6 to learn, connect, and grow through curiosity-driven exploration. Rooted in play-based learning, this inclusive program encourages social development, early life skills, and imagination in a safe, nurturing environment. With sensory activities, outdoor play, creative movement, and guided peer interaction, Little Explorers helps every child take confident steps in their early journey—while having fun along the way.

Sugar & Steam

Brewing Confidence. Serving Opportunity.

Sugar & Steam is more than a vintage-style coffee and shave ice trailer—it's a job training and social enterprise program designed to empower individuals with disabilities through hands-on employment experience. Participants gain valuable life and vocational skills in a supportive, inclusive environment while serving up delicious coffee, refreshing shave ice, and warm community connections. Whether learning customer service, food safety, or teamwork, every shift at Sugar & Steam builds confidence, purpose, and pathways to greater independence.

Caregivers Cove

Finding Peace. Building Community.

Caregivers Cove is a supportive space designed just for parents and caregivers to connect, recharge, and build community.

Parent Support Gatherings 1st Mondays of the month| 4–6 PM & 3rd Fridays of the month | 10 AM–12 PM Parents are invited to join for meaningful activities, conversation, and support in a welcoming environment.

Monthly Stay & Play: 2nd Saturdays of every month
Parents and caregivers are welcome to bring their child(ren) and siblings for a relaxed play session. This is a chance for families to meet others on similar journeys while kids enjoy time together in a safe, inclusive space.

The Nook

A place to connect, play, and grow—together

The Nook is an all-ages social night designed to cultivate connection and joy through games, laughter, and inclusive fun. Whether you're a kid, teen, or adult, this relaxed and welcoming space offers something for everyone—from bingo and board games to music, themed nights, and creative group activities. At The Nook, friendships blossom and fun grows in every season.

Whispering Woods Studio

A gentle, creative space where imagination takes root.

The Whispering WOODS Studio is a creative art therapy program where individuals of all abilities are encouraged to express, explore, and grow through art. Rooted in the healing power of nature and creativity.

The Woods Studio offers a safe, supportive environment led by trained instructors who guide participants in using art as a tool for emotional expression, self-discovery, and connection. Whether painting, sculpting, or exploring sensory materials, every creation is a step toward personal growth.

The WILLOW PATH

Movement. Confidence. Joy.

The Willow Path is a collection of adaptive recreational therapy programs designed to support physical health, emotional wellness, and independence through movement. Participants of all abilities are invited to explore their strength and confidence in nature-connected settings through inclusive activities like rock climbing, adaptive swimming, and bike riding.

Led by trained staff and community partners, each experience is tailored to promote skill-building, self-esteem, and fun—whether reaching new heights, gliding through water, or riding under open skies. At The Willow Path, movement becomes empowerment, and every participant is encouraged to grow at their own pace.
